Jeff D. Pollard - President
Jeff has over 17 years of experience focused on Safety Science Technology, Security, Industrial Safety and Fire Science. Before founding DAX, Jeff enjoyed much success as an employee of several major companies including Security Housing Specialist, Black and Veach, AGCO Manufacturing, GNB Technologies and Construction Safety Associates. He even spent a stint with the Kansas City Fire Department focusing on emergency support, hazardous materials and also becoming an emergency medical technician (EMT). Jeff also served our country in the United States Marine Corp active duty during Desert Storm and subsequent reserves.
Jeff earned his Master of Science Degree in Industrial Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, both from Central Missouri State University.
He holds certifications in Construction Health Safety Technologist (CHST)(OHST), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), First Aid and CPR Certification, Safety and Health Administration Certification, Fire Fighter I and II, Qualified Rigger and OSHA and Department of Labor Construction Safety Certification Recognition.
Brent Fraizer - Vice President Business Development
Brent's background includes extensive experience in the residential construction industry. Prior to joining DAX, Brent was an active private general contractor and construction project manager hiring and supervising staff and subcontractors, project management, working with clients and acting as a resource. He was also directly involved with all phases of pre-planning, project feasibility and marketing. Joining the Kansas City, Missouri Fire Department in 2003, Brent works in the areas of fire suppression, emergency rescue and emergency medical response. Trained in all areas of Fire Fighting and emergency support and response. Fire Fighter I & II certified, Hazardous Material Technician, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B), First Aid/CPR certified, Automatic Defibrillator certified and various other cert's.
From 1995-2003 Brent was Director of Operations at Electronic Data Systems, responsible for $150million in gross revenue supporting multiple locations and clients across the U.S.
